You're Under Contract

After your offer has been accepted, you will be under contract and will have entered your option period. Your home inspection will take place during this time.

Closing on Your New Home!

The property officially becomes yours! You and your agent will meet at the title company to sign the paperwork, release funds to the seller, and give you the keys to your new house!
