Claudia specializes in foreclosures and sold over 2 million her first year, which is an incredible acheivement.
Claudia firmly believes as a REALTOR® that knowledge and being up to date on the current market data and Real Estate trends helps to better serve her clients. With that in mind Claudia earned her Accredited Buyer's Representation (ABR®) designation to better serve her clients. She has had the opportunity to work with a developer during their condo conversion project and manage HOA communities.
